Many components that are essential to the hobbyist or small business audio electronics enthusiast are difficult or impossible to buy in small quantities, or without time consuming research.
I am making available items from my personal stock to help out others who have had difficulty sourcing these components.
There is no minimum order and P&P within the UK is a flat £1.50
If you require lots of any of these items, you may find better prices at the big catalogue online shops and wholesalers, however if you just require a couple of a hard to find part for a specific project then you are in the right place.

supertex LND150 500v mosfet. £1.00ea OUT OF STOCK
IRF820 power 500v mosfet £1.00ea
These high voltage mosfets are very useful for adding features in valve amplifiers where there is not space or heater current available to add valves. The LND150 is a depletion mode device and can often be substituted for a 12ax7 gain stage with no changes to the circuit.
The IRF820 is an enhancement mode mosfet so it requires positive bias to operate, however it can be used as a source / cathode follower in valve circuits with little or no modification to the circuit, or in other uses with appropriate circuit and bias design.
